- Chianti Single Family Homes are not yet sold out; construction is schedueld to be complete mid-2007.
- Tuscany Hills Fire Station is in progress; construction scheduled to be complete in July 2007.
- Livorno Single Family Homes project delayed and due to be completed in Fall 2007.
future projects
- Community Park development is scheduled to begin by mid-June with a play area for Tuscany Hills families.
- What used to be the "Carrara" condominium sales office will soon be designed for homeowners to take in San Jose views and a hook up to the trail system.
- KB land acquisition looks promising and may lead to new entrance to Tuscany Hills connecting to Curtner Avenue on the north side of Communications Hill.
- Current land development on the north side of the hill may be a collabrative project for both KB Home and Summerhill Home developers.
