My Background
My name is Jessica Bell, formerly Snead, and I am a native Californian who kissed my family in Southern California goodbye and landed in San Jose not too long after college. My Bachelor’s Degree is from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in Marketing. After graduation, I spent several years working for the world’s second largest financial services organization developing and managing consumer credit products. The next stage on the road toward real estate landed me in the mortgage arena where I worked as an account manager in sales for a now major startup internet shopping site. Still, I felt there was another layer that I had yet to peel, which in 2005 launched me on the road to the construction and real estate industry.

My Philosophy
As a real estate agent, I do not just sell homes. While, on the surface, this is how it may appear, I also sell risk prevention, wealth building opportunities, security, an experience as well as my knowledge, skills and resources. The intangible benefits are what set great Realtors® apart from the rest. My business philosophy rests on fundamental belief that you treat people how you would like to be treated. My dedication to success in real estate is evident through my commitment to education to not only benefit me, also to better serve and benefit my clients. I view my education as it is always under construction. I consistently participate in over 100 hours annually of continued education courses, development courses and acquisition of specialties and certifications.

My Community
From the get go, I have viewed Community participation as a great way to get to know and interact with people whom I serve and those who support my business. I run an annual Second Harvest Food Drive, Stanford Blood Drive, Community Clean Up, Volunteer for My New Red Shoes and contribute to Intero Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
